Review by Aaron Hughes

Tex Ritter's album San Antonio Rose Chisholm Trail is a classic country music masterpiece that will transport listeners back to a simpler time. The album features Ritter's smooth vocals accompanied by the twangy sounds of the guitar and fiddle, creating a truly authentic western sound.

The title track, "San Antonio Rose," is a standout on the album, with Ritter's voice perfectly capturing the emotion and longing of the lyrics. Other notable tracks include "Chisholm Trail," a rollicking tune that will get listeners' toes tapping, and "I'm Wasting My Tears on You," a heart-wrenching ballad that showcases Ritter's vocal range.
