Vindication, the fourth studio album by Norwegian metal band Susperia, is a powerful and intense release that showcases the band's impressive musicianship and songwriting skills. Featuring a blend of thrash, black, and death metal, the album is an unrelenting assault on the senses that is sure to satisfy fans of heavy music.

From the opening track, "Cage of Remembrance," Susperia's signature sound is on full display. Susperia's Vindication is the typical brand of D-tuned Groove/Metalcore a la Avenged Sevenfold and Dew-Scented that was popular at the time. Very scarce tremolo-picked sections as on "Anguished Scream (For Vengeance)" aren't enough to define it "Black/Thrash Metal" (and not because of the clean/growl vocals). There are appreciable sections, like the bridge of "The Bounty Hunter", bizarrely borrowed from Dimmu Borgir, but the rest of the album progressively becomes thin as the album goes on.Highlights: "Anguished Scream (For Vengeance)".
