Sounds like the goosebumps theme

1969 had some awesome music. Later found this album at a yard sale, looks like it was never played and still have it now, 45 years later. This song played on a unit with big speakers really rocks the joint.
Album hit the top 20 in early 1970.

Rarely do I ever hear Quicksilver mentioned when talking about the great bands of the Bay Area. Big Brother, the Airplane, and the Dead are always brought up. The Quickdilver Messanger Service is as integral to the unique sound that came out of Height Asbury as any of them. Another integral band from that place and time was Moby Grape!

Amazing to realize this was the version I always knew until recently. But if you knew the traditional version, which has been covered a batrillion times, including The Grateful Dead just as one example, you would find this almost unrecognizable. You might even be appalled at how they "electrified" it. But for some of us Boomers, it totally resonates. Even though, I have to tell you, nowadays I am NOT a back-to-the-land kind of guy AT ALL.
