- The track times listed on Discogs are taken from the booklet/foldout insert that accompanies this release. The actual track times, as read on a digital media player, vary slightly from the times listed. Times as listed on the paper information for this release are typically 2-3 seconds less than the track times when seen on a digital readout. This discrepancy is most likely due to silence at the end of tracks and/or the digital spacing between the tracks.
- The front insert unfolds to the size of six panels (two across and three down), with text/artwork on both sides. At the top of one side of the unfolded booklet, taking up two panels, are track listings with writer credits, track times, publishing details, and licensing/copyright information. The bottom two panels include full credits for each of the three LPs represented, including musicians, producers, original LP catalog numbers, and years of release. These details are superimposed over artwork/photography with the middle two panels containing no text.
- The other side of the unfolded front insert comprises an essay about the band and its history, an interview with band leader Teddy Osei, and includes small-ish photographs of the album covers for the three LPs included on these discs, along with a black and white promo photo of the band. This takes up the top two panels, plus about one fourth of the middle two panels. The bottom two panels display the CD booklet artwork which, when re-folded, become the front and back of the booklet/front insert.
