About Message
American hard rock band from New Jersey.{;}Message were a progressive rock band based in Germany formed by British guitarist Allan Murdoch and vocalist/woodwinds player Tommy McGuigan. Between 1972 and 1980 they recorded seven albums. McGuigan left after the fourth, Synapse. Murdoch continued to lead the band through several lineup changes and a succession of three different lead singers: David Hanselmann (on Using The Head, later with Triumvirat), Anna Haigis (on their track from the Brain Festival live album) and Sammy Kunig (on their last two albums: Astral Journeys and Miles of Smiles).

The best rock voice ever..
Simply a beautiful song. Beautiful VOICE! As RARE as this Demo song!!! Dean, you may be gone, but your memory will live on forever! Such a Stellar vocal artist, AND stage persona!! A kind and often misunderstood, artist, father, man, and human being. YOU influenced MANY!! Any shadowy dark things are meaningless, and inconsequential in the final analysis. Every Human being walking has them, IF they are honest with themselves. Our Golden qualities of our- BEST- is ALL that matters, and it is THAT, that Lives on! Anything else fades into oblivion. Dean, I remember your GOLDEN! "IS there Love"?? "What will be my Destiny?" I am sure you are in God's arms now, and have found the TRUE Love that our souls all really yearn for. Shine on Dean Fasano!!!
Was Dean the only one under contract with swan song label making it easier for Jon to borrow his band while the estate of Bonham was tied up for years as well as Dean missing his obvious window. I've seen a million faces and rocked them all . That's also borrowed from Dean. It may have been the line that pushed Jovi into the big time status. I often wonder if his boys would ever get a tip of the hat from an old millionaire buddy that there late father once knew. I'm not speculating this is how Dean explained it to me. He was a cup full of cool with talents that were ridiculous !

Finally i found this amazing vocal... I saw video with Richie from 1980, and now I'm here for this vocal! ... so great.... Why bands Message and Prophet never was on top?

Alec Such on Bass, Bruce Foster on Piano, Ritchie on Guitar, Late great Deano Fasano on Vocals, Andy Rubbo (Flossie) on drums & Simon Gannett on Organ. Toured w/ Joe Cocker w/ these guys in 81'. Great music, great times. Then came Ticco Torres & my goose was cooked. lol
