Hockey Dad - Boronia

Hockey Dad's sophomore album, Boronia, is an energetic and fun-filled ride through the Australian duo's surf rock sound. The album showcases the band's growth and maturity since their debut, blending catchy guitar riffs with infectious melodies and sing-along choruses.
The opening track, "Can't Have Them," sets the tone for the album with its upbeat tempo and catchy guitar hook. The album's title track, "Boronia," slows things down a bit with its dreamy, wistful vibe, while "Jump the Gun" picks things back up with its infectious chorus and driving rhythm.
Throughout the album, Hockey Dad's lyrics touch on themes of love, youth, and growing up, all delivered with a sense of earnestness and sincerity. "I Need A Woman" is a standout track, with its catchy chorus and relatable lyrics about the search for love.
