Review by Kherk Roldan

The Irish Reels album by Gallowglass Ceili Band is a fantastic collection of traditional Irish music that will transport listeners straight to the Emerald Isle. The band's skilled musicianship and authentic sound make for a truly enjoyable listening experience.

The album features a range of reels, jigs, and hornpipes, each played with precision and passion. The melodies are catchy and upbeat, and the arrangements showcase the band's impressive instrumental skills. The use of fiddle, accordion, banjo, and flute creates a rich, layered sound that is sure to please fans of Irish music.

One standout track is "The Star of Munster," a lively reel that will have listeners tapping their toes and wanting to dance. Another highlight is "The Blackbird," a hauntingly beautiful tune that showcases the band's ability to create a more subdued and contemplative mood.
