Review by Respaldiza Hidalgo

The album Symphony No 7 Leningrad Symphony No 9 by Dmitri Shostakovich Václav Neumann, Czech Philharmonic Orchestra is a masterpiece of classical music. The album consists of two symphonies, Symphony No 7 Leningrad and Symphony No 9, both composed by Dmitri Shostakovich, a renowned Russian composer.

The first symphony, Symphony No 7 Leningrad, is a powerful and emotional piece of music that reflects the horrors of war. The Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of Václav Neumann, delivers a stunning performance that captures the intensity and drama of the symphony. The orchestra's precision and mastery of their instruments are evident throughout the piece.

The second symphony, Symphony No 9, is a lighter and more playful composition that showcases Shostakovich's versatility as a composer. The Czech Philharmonic Orchestra once again delivers an outstanding performance, bringing to life the intricate melodies and harmonies of the piece.
