About Bloodstone
American R&B, soul-funk band, formed in 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri.
They started as a doo-wop group: and they moved in late 1960's to Las Vegas, NV.
By 1971 - billing themselves as Bloodstone - they decided to move to Los Angeles, CA, but failed to generate enough interest and they decided to move to London, UK.
They became known for their funk/soul sound that blended -styled rock music with doo-wop and gospel music undertones. Their biggest hit is "Natural High" (1973).

First song my son ever heard lol. Then my dad died the next day and everybody had to listen to the whole album for a couple weeks lol.

I go a long way back with the bloodstones when I was in my late 20 I'm still loving my brothers and playing there music all the time.
