About Bill Passalacqua

Americana songwriter and performer from Effingham, Illinois. Passalacqua now uses the name Bill Poss. As well as a musician, he is a concert promoter, booking agent, music writer, and owner-operator at non-profit Poss Music Works. He was based in Austin, Texas, from around 1999 to 2003.
