Review by Zafer Yücel

"3 O'Clock Blues" by B.B. King is a classic blues album that showcases the legendary musician's incredible talent and soulful sound. The album features some of King's most iconic tracks, including "The Thrill Is Gone," "Sweet Little Angel," and "Every Day I Have the Blues."

King's guitar work is as masterful as ever, with his signature vibrato and expressive phrasing shining through on every track. His vocals are equally impressive, conveying a sense of pain, longing, and joy that only a true bluesman can.

The album's production is also noteworthy, with a warm, full-bodied sound that perfectly complements King's playing and singing. The arrangements are tasteful and never overpowering, allowing King's performances to take center stage.

This gem introduced Riley King ? and his "genius" to the world ?; circa 1950 in a (black) YMCA in Memphis, Tennessee. Thank you, sir! ????????????
Doesn't get any better than early BB King! Incredible tone and singing!
That's Ike Turner on piano,
.
This is a great recording, both vocal and guitar. Clapton didn't have to go very far,it is all right here.
I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to hear him in concert….only once. But it was the most fun concert I’ve ever been to??
what a voice!! effortless
i listen to alot of heavy stuff the exploited nirvana the wipers loco frank but something about BB King just love the guys music
For me, the definitive version! Thanks for this share!
Sometimes I wonder why certain people refer to the music as blues rock and such. I believe that it is one in the same.Sure music can somewhat evolve, but like Huey Lewis sings in his song,The Heart of Rock and Roll,it’s still same old backbeat rhythm that really, really drives them wild.Same with Bob Seger with Old time Rock and Roll about hearing some blues or some funky old SOUL!!!??????????????????
