Alexandrov Ensemble (Краснознаменный Ансамбль Песни И Пляски СА / מקהלת הצבא האדום), most commonly known as the Red Army Choir. Founded by in 1928. The ensemble contains a male choir, an orchestra and a dance troop from the Russian army.

Because of the current crisis I feel almost bad for watching this but then i have to remind myself that culture and art dont correlate with politics and are rather able to be a bridge between people. Still am very sad about the Plane crash 2016. Sadly I also didnt hear much about the Alexandrov Ensamble since then.... is it even still existent? Wow, phenomenal talent in this Red Army Men's choir. And singing from Verdi's Nabucco the Va Pensiero, and Italian folk songs etc. The musicianship is exquisite, precise and yet fun. Thanks guys. This whole concert bears listening to over and over again...and again...A huge Thank you and I hope the Red Army forms a group again and gives one of these great concerts.
